`YOU STOLE MY HEART THEN YOU KICKED IT ASIDE!
AYDAN DISLIKES technology, the cold, when it's way too hot, pizza, sitting around doing nothing, when she's up too late, getting up too early, loud people, large crowds, talking in general, the city, rap, being sick, and when people don't take her seriously
FEARS
1. she'll lose her horse
2. she'll be alone forever
SECRETS
1. her parents kicked her out when she was sixteen
2. she stole her horse before she bought him
OVERALL PERSONALITY[/b]
▪ kind | aydan has a good heart, and she will do anything for anyone. she hates to say no, and one can call her a push over because of that. but she wants to make people happy, and she will do everything and anything she can to do so. she's been known to take in strays of any kind, and gives to charity like it's her job. she volunteers as much as she can
▪ shy | she is the most shy person you will ever meet. it's her downfall. she can't start or hold a conversation to save her life, although she's trying really hard to overcome that. many people think she's a jerk because she doesn't go out of her way to talk to those she doesn't know. the friends she has are only that way because they approached her first. she doesn't have many because of that. she just gets extremely nervous when she's around new people, and can be known to get sick when she's in large crowds and the attentions on her. it's a problem, except for when she's riding. because then she has charlie to carry her through.
▪ dedicated | she is extremely dedicated and determined. she hasn't had anything handed to her in life since she was sixteen, and she works hard for what she has. because of that she takes everything seriously, and maybe a little too seriously at that. however, she tries to give one hundred and ten percent no matter what she's doing. if she doesn't do well in competitions, or in her job, she won't have money for the week. so in that case, she needs to focus.
▪ honest | she's honest to a fault. she'll tell her friends the truth even if it will hurt them. she can't lie, which is not a good thing. she can keep secrets, but that's different. she just can't lie to the people that she cares about the most. she wants to be there for them, and she can't be if she can't be honest with them. it's gotten her into trouble with them in the past but they understand her reasoning. it's just hard for her to let them down.
▪ not trusting | aydan doesn't trust someone as far as she can throw them. and if you've seen her, she's tiny. so basically, she doesn't trust anyone at all. she'll put some trust in her closest friends, but that's about it. she doesn't open up and talk about her problems because in her eyes they are her own problems and no one else needs to worry about them. she's guarded and for good reason. she doesn't need anymore let downs in her life so she refuses to walk into them. she's strong and independent and she feels she is that way because she doesn't trust in anyone but charlie.

`WHEN HES INSIDE YOU KNOW THERES NO ROOM FOR ME!
[/font]It hadn't been an easy few weeks. The surgery had gone wonderfully, but the chemo and the treatments afterwards were awful. She wished she could go through the surgery ten more times instead of going through chemo. She was losing her hair, and that was an embarrassment to her. She was losing even more weight, which didn't settle with her well. The young woman was paler than ever before, and that constrasted sharply with the dark circles beneath her eyes. But none of that mattered. What mattered was that despite all of that, she was happy. She might be sick, but she was with the man she loved again, and with the daughter that meant the world to her. She never wanted to leave them, and they were the two things that kept her living and fighting as hard as she did. The doctors had a positive outlook on this cancer. Lily was responding well. She was responding better than everyone ever thought she was.
Lily was more than ecstatic when they had made that announcement yesterday after that visit. She was so happy that she almost cried, and probably would have if Wyatt hadn't been there. The relief and the hope that she had felt during that statement had breathed new life within her. She went to bed happy, and she hadn't had nightmares last night. It was one of the very few nights that she had slept soundly. So now as she laid in bed, curled up into a ball, she couldn't help but smile. She might be thin and balding, but she was going to live. Hair grew back, and she always looked good in hats. She could make it through this because she was going to live, and that was all that mattered. Taking a deep breath, she looked over to her australian shepherd, who was curled up against her stomach. Lily loved Noah to pieces, and was glad that the dog was welcomed here. She didn't know what she would do without him. He began nudging her with his nose as he heard the noises below, and Lily smiled when she heard her daughter's high-pitched voice followed by Wyatt's deep, comforting one. And her heartbeat increased.
She could face the day with that happiness in her family members. Slowly sitting up, she made sure she wasn't dizzy before standing. Gaining back her balance, she stood up and made her way to the dresser. Pulling a pair of her old jeans out, she grabbed a beige long sleeved thermal and dressed for the day. She was always freezing, especially now. Pulling the warm thermal on, she reached for one of her favorite flannels that belonged to Wyatt. It was huge, but she loved it, and took comfort from his smell. Pulling the blue plaid shirt on, she wrapped it around her thin frame and then took ahold of a blue hankerchief. Pulling up what was left of her blonde hair, she hid the bald spots with the hankerchief. Well, she wasn't stylish, but she was warm. Smiling to herself, she shoved her feet into her cowboy boots and hurried down the stairs. Coming to a halt in the doorway, she smiled as she watched father and daughter. Hearing Wyatt's words, Lily grinned and stepped forward.
"Finally, I am. Katy let me oversleep."
She said with a playful look to their daughter. She was sad she couldn't pick her up anymore, but she would never be able to hold her. Sighing to herself, she stepped forward and went to Katy and Wyatt. She wanted to wrap her arms around her husband, but seeing him and their daughter lit up her grey blue eyes. This was her heaven.
"Good morning you two."
Lily managed happily and then stepped to the coffee maker. There was hot coffee brewing, and Lily had to thank her husband for that. Grabbing one of her favorite old mugs, she filled up a cup and loaded it with cream and sugar. She always got made fun of because of that. Leaning back against the counter, she held the cup close to her face because it was so warm, and then looked pointedly at Wyatt. He would know what she wanted to do because she had been asking ever since she got home from the hospital. She wanted to see Flyer. She hadn't seen the Nokota stallion since she came home. Her eyes pleaded with him over the rim of her mug, and she couldn't help but smile even though he was probably going to refuse her. She was feeling so much better today, and there was slight color in her cheeks this morning, and not from fever. Waiting for his response, she felt Noah press up against her leg. They waited, both of them almost begging.
