It is heated, has an air condition, has five side stalls on each side of the arena, a wash stall connected to the rear corner of the building, a huge glass window over looking the pastures, mountains and trees, and a lounge for others to watch as other work with there horses, or for others to watch lessons. This piece of equipment offers your horse the best in exercise. The training area consists of a 6 inch base of glass ice sand followed by 4 inches of imported brown river sifted sand to support a wide range of horse's needs.
