staff auditions ?!

ohh yay, staff auditions :3

now i know that there is still very few members, but hopefully that will change... at sometime. well, i'm feeling like i'm constantly running around like a chicken with my head cut-off, so some help would be wonderful. everyone is welcome for participating in this audition/contest thing, what ever you'd like to consider it ^^; so here we go!

moderators; alright, so this job is decently easy. you can accept characters, sticky topics, move threads, modify threads, and lock threads, as well as help resa with skins since she isn't quite as wonderful. you must be creative, active ( on at least four times a week ) & must have a mod background - listing four sites that has accepted you as a moderator. you also must be proboard friendly - meaning you understand it inside out and backwards :3 0/2

skin director/graphics; alright, don't get too carried away form this position. i love working on graphics as well ^^; and i'm quite strict about the banner of BWS but if i could get some help for customized skins, and just everything like that, that would be wonderful. um, you don't get any admin things except for getting into the skins and everything, to audition for these, i would love if I could see some examples. =] 0/1

advertising mod; oh yes :3 if any of you agree with me, advertising really isn't all that fun. I will be advertising though on my free time, and we want BWS to have more members, yes? well for an advertiser mod, all you have to do is spread the word and try to persuade others to join. not that hard eh? & plus, you'll get your name on the sideboards :3 0/1

Moderator

I have been role playing on various RPGs for the past eight almost nine years now. I have run, with a partner, probably close to fifty RPGs, ranging from becoming very active to dying a few days after it was finished. I have done modding on other sites, such as Relihu Zaria, as well as numerous Warrior RPGs. I enjoy working as staff, not because of the power, but because it makes me feel like I am helping the admin. Becoming staff will keep me more active and I enjoy it. I know my way around Proboards excellently, my only downfall being skins and logos, as I have no way to make them (and no patience to try! xD). Um, if you need to know anything else, feel free to ask, I'm generally the type that will answer pretty much anything.
